Membership Details:
- The Annual Pass is a 12-month membership.
- It is a one-time payment of $99 for the full year.
- Does not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder when your membership is nearing expiration and will have the option to renew at that time.

Includes your monthly Refreshing mani + pedi (regular polish) combo OR Signature Membership Facial, plus these VIP perks:
- 15% off all add-ons and additional services
- 10% off all retail products
- 20% off retail products on the day you join
- 35% off facial brushes
- A complimentary paraffin treatment for hands or feet as a birthday gift (must be used within 30 days of your birthday)
- Access to exclusive sales and members-only events

Glow Monthly Plan – Billing Terms
Your membership fee will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You may book appointments at any time, and your member discount will be applied at checkout. Please note that gratuity is not included in membership benefits.
If the card on file is declined, we will reach out to request updated payment information. If no response is received within 30 days, your membership will be canceled, and any unused services will be forfeited.
Membership fees are non-refundable. By enrolling in the Glow Monthly Plan, you authorize Namaste Nail Sanctuary to charge your card on file for the full monthly membership amount. In the event of any changes to your membership rate, we will notify you via email at least 30 days in advance.
Glow Monthly Plan – No Minimum Commitment
After the initial 12-month term, your membership transitions to a month-to-month plan and can be canceled at any time without penalty.
To cancel, you must submit a written request via email to admin@namasteskinsanctuary.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Cancellations made by phone, text, or in person will not be accepted.
Glow Monthly Plan – Membership Credit
Each billing cycle, you’ll receive one credit valid for either a Refreshing Mani-Pedi Combo or a Signature Membership Facial. Credits are valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or refunded.
If you choose to cancel your membership, any unused credits will be forfeited. Your membership will continue to be billed monthly unless you submit a written request to freeze or cancel.
Glow Monthly Plan – Gifting
As a valued member, you may gift up to three (3) Refreshing Mani-Pedi Combos or Signature Membership Facials per calendar year to friends or family.
To initiate a gift transfer, simply email your Namaste studio with the recipient’s name and contact information. We’ll take care of the rest!
Glow Monthly Plan – Membership Freeze
You may freeze your membership for up to six (6) months per calendar year. These months do not need to be consecutive.
To request a freeze, submit a written request via email at least seven (7) days before your next billing cycle.
Please note: Freezing your membership does not extend the expiration date of any existing service credits. All credits remain valid for 180 days from their original issue date.
It Does Not Auto-renew
The Glow Monthly Plan does not auto-renew.
It’s a 12-month membership, billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You’ll receive a reminder when your membership is nearing expiration, and you’ll have the option to purchase a new Glow Monthly Plan at that time.
The Wellness Annual Pass does not auto-renew.
It’s a 12-month membership, billed once on the date you sign up. You’ll receive a reminder when your membership is nearing expiration, and you’ll have the option to renew your Wellness Annual Pass at that time.
Membership Discount Policy
The Glow Monthly Membership and the Wellness Annual Pass discounts are valid only from the start date of your membership and cannot be applied to past purchases. Discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Non-Refundable Fees
The annual fees for both the Glow Monthly Membership and the Wellness Annual Pass are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation date.
