CANCELLATION: We require that cancellations be made 24 hrs. in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be charged in full. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL: In the event you are late please give us a call. We cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed in full due to potential time restraints, but we will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated service. If we perform an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will be charged for your originally scheduled service.

NO SHOWS: We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 12 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and groups will be charged the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. We do not rebook no-shows.

ARRIVAL: In order to have the best experience, we invite guests to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom and choose from our vast range of nail polish colors.

CASH GRATUITY: Service prices do not include gratuity. Our licensed Nail Artisans prefer cash or Venmo gratuity and appreciate your cooperation and generosity. Namaste Nail Sanctuary Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.

ADVANCE BOOKING: We recommend that you book your appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your scheduling requests. Walk-ins are always welcome but not guaranteed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service especially if you are a new guest. Note: your Nail Artisan originally booked online or over the phone is not always guaranteed and can change without any notice. If you would like to request a specific nail Nail Artisan you must give us a call and we will try our best to accommodate your request but please know it is not always guaranteed.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT: We require a credit card to secure all appointments over the phone and through our online booking system. Namaste Nail Sanctuary Gift Cards cannot be used to secure appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you. Notification given at least 12 hours prior to service will receive no charges. Notification with less that 12 hours will be charged 100% of your service. No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment.

GROUP BOOKINGS: For groups of 4 or more, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and a 20% gratuity will be added to the service total upon completion of all services, guests may choose to add an additional amount at time of check out. If there are cancellations and downgrade service less than 12 hours in advance, or a no-show, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointments. We will require 12 hours notice in order to change or cancel the booking and deposits are calculated according to each service.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. No checks please.

GIFT CARDS: Namaste | Nail Sanctuary Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to secure your appointment or to pay No-Show penalties. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.

CHIP REPAIR: In the event your nails chip within three days after your service (four days for gel polish), please email us with a photo and we will offer you a complimentary touch-up on the affected nails only. Outside this period there will be a charge of our normal repair fee; please refer to our service list.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS: When making any appointments or before your service, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health conditions, ingrown toenails, special needs (e.g. allergies or injuries). This will help customize your service to ensure the highest satisfaction and benefits.

VALUABLES: We suggest that you leave your valuables (i.e. jewelry) at home. NAMASTE NAIL SANCTUARY cannot be responsible for damaged personal valuables during services and will not be liable for lost or stolen personal items or valuables. Also, please check to make sure that no belongings are left behind.

GEL REMOVAL: If you are getting gel reapplied your gel removal is fabulously free. However, if your service doesn’t include gel application, fees will be applied for the gel removal portion of your service. Please check our service menu for gel removal rates.

SERVICES FOR MEN: Of course! Men are welcome to book any of our services as well as the eponymously title MANaste service especially designed with gentlemen in mind. Please refer to our service brochure for more details.

LWS: We are proud participants of the Living Wage Initiative. A 3.4% surcharge is added in order to help pay our Artisans a fair wage. The nail industry is notoriously commission based and this has to change. We thank you for your generous support in this effort. Namaste!

CELL PHONE-ON-SILENT: To maintain our quiet spa-like atmosphere we ask that you please use quiet voices in the Sanctuary. Please refrain from the use of cell phones and turn the ringer to silent or vibrate prior to entering the Sanctuary.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE: We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. This includes safety concerns, medical concerns or any behavior that we feel is inappropriate. It is very important that a safe environment is maintained for our staff and our guests.

CHILD POLICY: Children under 13 are not permitted in the Sanctuary. We adore kids, but let’s be honest, kids have a hard time sitting still and quiet for the duration of a service. In order to maintain the highest standards of tranquility within our Sanctuary we do not admit or service children under 13. Thank you for your understanding.

PET POLICY: We LOVE animals but unfortunately no animals are allowed in any of our locations out of respect for guests and staff with allergies. ADA trained and state papered service dogs are permitted. We love emotional support animals but we ask that they not be brought into the sanctuary. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS: During the term of an active membership, while a member is paying their monthly dues, unused spending credits accumulating in their account roll over and are not subject to expiration. Upon a cancellation or a freeze of a membership, unused spending credits must be used within ninety (90) days from the initiation of cancellation and/or freeze of said memberships. If not used within the ninety (90) day period, credits will expire forever. Membership dues and/or spending credits are not subject to a cash refund and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. A member must maintain an active membership status to receive membership discounts and rates, once guest initiates a freeze of a membership or a membership cancellation is completed s/he will still be able to use their credits for the allotted 90 day period, but will not be able to receive membership discounts and/or rates.

Memberships must be purchased for a minimum of two (2) months, after the 1st payment on the day of purchase and one (1) more automatic payment, a membership can be cancelled at any time via phone call or in person without any penalty. Upon cancellation no portion of membership dues is subject to refund.
